The three schemes selected demonstrate our breadth of knowledge in both the further and higher education sectors, including student housing, research and learning space.

We understand that tertiary education is a different discipline from our School work, and concentrate on ensuring the wide Client group all contribute in delivering a successful, innovative project.

Further Education

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of sixth form centres and colleges including specialist facilities such as University Technical Colleges (UTCs) and facilities for those with severe Special Needs.

Higher Education

We have worked for a number of Universities, including a rolling programme of works at St George’s University in Tooting, London, which has included specialist laboratory installations, student service facilities and the provision of library accommodation.

Student Accommodation

A particular expertise is in delivering residential facilities for young people, whether that be halls of residence, boarding, or Special Needs provision. We have a large portfolio of this type of scheme with project values between £5m and £50m.

Kendrick School is a top ranking selective girls school and required expansion to their increasing popular sixth form centre. The design was to accommodate an increase of 50 students up to maximum of 250, as well as providing a modern light and inviting building to want to learn in.

National Star College

The College provides both on-site and local off-site residential accommodation together with day student facilities during normal ‘term-time’ periods.
